Atty. Jessielle is a lawyer and accounting practitioner. Having affiiated with Fabian and Associate, CPAs, she has gained considerable knowledge and expertise in the field of business, tax, and accounting. She has also specialized in the field of corporate law, registration, and intra-corporate disputes. After obtaining her Master’s degree in law in the University of Southern California, she returned to the Philippines to impart her newly acquired knowledge on Intellectual Property and Merger’s and Acquisition. While she was in America, she obtained a certification for Business Law and Technology and Entrepreneurship, and earned her license to practice law in California. 

 

Currently, she is a law professor at the Ateneo de Davao University and has conducted a number of seminars and lectures regarding the topic of corporate law and labor law to both studients, clients, and the public. 

 

In addition to active litigation, Jessielle had consulted extensively with clients regarding good business practices and corporate governance. Finally, she has paved the way for both local and foreign clients to successfully establish their businesses in the Philippines.

Fake-Field

Litigation. Represented clients in the lower courts and court of appeals for court litigation for civil cases such as collection of sum of money, specific performance, rescission, or breach of contract; intra-corporate disputes and interpleader; criminal cases for Qualified theft, estafa; and adminstrative case for disbarment. 

 

Due diligence. Conducted due diligence for purchase of land transactions and creation of wills and estates, including, accounting of properties, title review, site inspection, and computation of applicable taxes and fees. 

 

Corporate Set Up. Facilitated corporate set up for individuals (Filipinos or foreigners) through the establishment of one-person corporations or domestic corporations; and established branches and local offices for foreign entities in the Philippines. 

 

Contracts. Drafted contracts of employment and contractors agreement for foreign based companies and BPOs in compliance with the labor requirements in the Philiippines and in the foreign country. 

 

Negotiations. Facilitated the settlement between parties in family disputes over child support and custody, and disputes between homeowners against their condominium developers and subdivision developers. 

 

POEA. Represented foreign clients in filing their motion for clemency to remove company from Philippine Overseas Employment Administration blacklist. 

 

Bureau of Customs. Represented clients with the Bureau of Custom to dispute Alert Orders for violation of intellectual property laws.
