Atty. Alexa has started her legal practice with FFOA Law Office where she rose from the ranks and has since been promoted as Senior Associate Lawyer in 2024.

In her legal practice with the firm, Alexa has already garnered valuable knowledge and experience in corporation law, transactional law, labor and employment law, and litigation. She has actively litigated civil cases and criminal cases for the firm, including declaration of nullity of marriage, syndicated estafa and unjust vexation, among others. Alexa has also handled cases for her own clients for intellectual property disputes, customs and immigration dispute, and cyber libel.

Alexa also specializes in corporate registration and incorporation, including legal studies on complex corporate structures for foreign clients who want to establish business outsourcing companies and educational foundations in the Philippines. Additionally, she has corporate retainers where she offers legal advice on contracts, labor disputes, and government compliance.
