Atty. Jessielle is a CPA-lawyer who obtained her Master’s degree in Law in the University of Southern California in Los Angeles where she obtained her Certificate on Business Law and Certificate in Technology and Entrepreneurship Law. There, she took special courses on Intellectual Property, Patents, and Mergers and Acquisition.
Jessielle gained her knowledge and expertise in the field of business, tax, and accounting through her practice at Fabian and Associate, CPAs. And since she joined FFOA Law Office, she had specialized in intra-corporate disputes before the regular courts and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), labor disputes before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), mergers and acquisitions, land registration and property disputes, and government regulatory compliance.
In addition, Jessielle not only handles corporate structuring, transactions, and negotiations for Filipino and foreign clients, she also specializes on family disputes, mediation, and out-of-court settlements for them. She is actively involved in annulment cases, disbarment cases, and collection cases for her clients.
In her spare time, she teaches Corporation Law and Labor Law at the Ateneo de Davao University, College of Law, and the Law on Obligations and Contracts and Partnership Law at the Jose Maria College, Law School.

Contracts. Drafted contracts of employment and contractors’ agreement for foreign based companies and BPOs in compliance with the labor requirements in the Philippines and in the foreign country. Drafted contractors’ agreement for the construction and renovation of buildings for landowners and tenants.
Negotiations. Facilitated the settlement between parties in family disputes over child support, custody, and property disputes. Facilitated the negotiations between homeowners against their condominium developers and subdivision developers.
POEA. Represented foreign clients in filing their motion for clemency to remove company from Philippine Overseas Employment Administration blacklist.
Bureau of Customs. Represented clients with the Bureau of Custom to dispute Alert Orders for violation of intellectual property laws.
